Help with installation

So I just built my windows home server pc with an asus mini itx mobo, an intel pentium, and 4 2 tb hard drives in raid 10, I also have a 64 gb ssd as a boot drive. I am using an external optical drive and i know its working with my mobo. For some reason, the installation process never gets past choosing the drives. I have no idea what the issue is. I could use some help please.
