New PC builder CPU GPU help

I wanted to know what gpu would be good to pair with either the Ryzen 5 1400 and or the intel i5 3.2 ghz 6500? This build will be used for gaming screen recording editing and maybe streaming.

Rx 480 or gtx 1060 for 1080p maybe gtx 1070 if games gets too demanding

Depends what games you will play and what resolution, for 1080p a gtx 1060 will run most games ultra settings 60 fps

If the settings in overwatch can't hit ultra I'm fine with that or even the one below that.

RX470 or 1050TI for budget options. RX480 or 1060 for best 1080p experience

Anything up to 480/1060 I would go with 480. After that then just Nividia in order 1070,1080,1080 ti etc.
