No one can say how the PC market would change in the next few years, but with AMD now selling 6/8 core chips with 12/16 threads, I would imagine Intel will follow and games will be optimized to take advantage of that moving forward. Your build looks great, I would personally go for a Ryzen 5 1600 with a 6 core and 12 threads, especially if you want it to last a few years.

Looks great, but I wouldn't count on the performance still being up there in 5-6 years from now. Just look at how much the PC industry has technologically advanced in the last 5 or so years. It'll still last for a solid amount of time, and your build has got plenty of space for upgrading in pretty much every area. I'd say go for it.
