Hello, I am planning to build my first PC and was wondering if I could get some advice on how to proceed.

1.Budget:

$750-$1000USD.

2.Aim

Creating Digital lllustrations on the 4000x4000 pixel range or more.

Efficiency, I would like it to be as efficient as possible, for the sake of my energy bill hehe.

Perhaps recording and creating timelapses of my work.

Streaming online.

Watching movies.

VR.(Low priority)

Playing perhaps a game or two(Very low priority).

3.Monitors

4.Peripherals

Tablet.

Keyboard.

Maybe mouse.

5. Why are you upgrading?

Once this computer fails beyond repair.

Misc

I would like my computer to be able to handle my working on several very large image files, a lot of layers, quick saving and opening of files, a lot of transforming.

I was thinking if perhaps it would be best to get an SSD or a Hybrid Drive, would my work benefit from any speed increase an SSD could give? What should I be looking at to increase the performance of my image editing programs? I've googled around but haven't found much info on this particular question. Would it be the graphics card, RAM, or again an SSD?
