I have Noctua NF-F12's and they're great. I highly recommend them. They're a bit pricey though so any of the recommendations from @legacy99 will be excellent options as well. I've also heard that Fractal Design Venturi fans are good radiator fans too.

I have another question what would be the best size fittings and tubing to get

There really is no answer to this. It's a matter of preference.

All that really matters is that you get tubing and fittings that are the same size.

I went with 1/2" ID 3/4" OD (soft) tubing because I personally wanted to use thick tubing for my first custom loop.

It's easier to bend thicker (soft) tubing without it developing kinks which would restrict flow.

But maybe you'll want thinner tubing for a less bulky look. And that's fine.

Just get fittings and tubing that match. The rest is all to taste.

push or pull above 1000rpm as there is no real thermal difference.

sub-1000rpm the same can be said, but the thermals might be uncomfortable, at that time a push/pull with 600rpm will be quiet and resume the normal temperatures.

i replaced my push/pull f12s with rosewill hyperborea fans with a single fan set and quieter and better thermals. higher static pressure at low rpms.
