Will the modern Graphics card support in 

 1 x PCI Express x16 slot, running at x4 (PCIEX4) (in Gigabyte GA-B250M-D3H Motherboard)?

What generation is it?

 

it will still work regardless, but if it's a modern card, there might not be enough bandwith on an Gen 1 X4 connection for full performance, and you might loose like 20% performance.

 

EDIT: NVM I see it's Gen 3. so it will be absolutely fine no worries.

All PCIE slots recognize all PCIE graphics cards via backwards comparability, however sub 8x bandwidth may affect performance in some cases.

If it is gen 3 it will be ok or not 

Wether it will lose 20%data in Gen 3 ?

in gen 3 it will be fine.
