Different GPU brands/ base clocks

I have two 1080s in SLI but they are from different manufacturers. So there is a core difference of about 39 Mhz in games and benchmarks (Memory is the same). I am new to multiple card set ups, and I was wondering if it is possible to have different offsets. By default afterburner syncs offsets to both cards. The first card is a Gigabyte Gaming G1 1080 and the second is a Kuroutoshikou GTX 1080.

In valley and fire strike the gpu core clocks are offset from each other by 39 Mhz constant as long as the cards are under load.
