what case would you recommend for water cooling looking at temped glass pc09 from lian li

Well, I will admit this is a very subjective matter. Preference of whether you wish for silence, or pure airflow is within preference.

Cheap, simplistic option:

Maybe for a basic liquid cooling loop with a 240mm slim radiator I would recommend of a Kolink Refractor. This chassis is literally silent, without use of any dampening materials visible. Furthermore, installation is brilliant with a appreciated variety of options cable management routing. Although I don't know as to were you could mount a  reservoir other than horizontal at the bottom if using hard tubing.

Expensive, yet larger chassis:

All I'm going to say is Thermaltake Core X71.

I once did the unthinkable, back many headphones ago...

I split an audio split, again

I personally think the cooler master master case maker 5t is good because it's fully modular and has a lot of room for reservoirs and you can put a 280mm rad in the top and with an included mount you can fit a 360mm rad in the front providing of course you don't want a disk drive or any HDDs..... on he other hand the Phantkes Enthoo primo is a phenomenal case for water cooling in every way definitely check that out
