Different base and boost clocks. Basically one is a little faster but don't go with either, i thought 770s were cheaper like $330.

The more expensive one is a classified edition, has a faster clock.

The EVGA GeForce GTX770 Classified with EVGA ACX Cooler 4GB has faster clock speeds and better binned GPU's but it's not worth the cost difference over the EVGA GeForce GTX 770 Superclocked with ACX Cooler 4 GB.

The more expensive one has a faster clock. 

Both base and boost are higher for the Classified version.

The classified has better power delivery, higher binned gpus, and (If it even matters) higher base gpu clocks.

The most expensive one from msi is the best. I got a 770 from gainward.

Please dont get the 4gb edition. If you want to buy thet should you rather buy a 780
