So a dude i know is looking for a budget gaming PC. His budget is 700 but he needs a monitor. he has windows though.

oh and i should have mentioned he wants a clear side panel. that part is non negotiable lol. but the case seems fine.

 

also tried to keep it mostly in newegg as its a lot easier to deal with and no tax (he doesnt know ANYTHING about computers)

i own the ssd so thats why i used it. but if theres a better option change it. but no it doesnt HAVE to but its preferred as he needs to account for everything (including tax)

the ssd is fine if you already have it, not a major problem. Rest is also ok for a sub 700$ pc including peripherals. Does he already have a mouse / keyboard?

Maybe get a free sync monitor like this (they are getting really cheap!):

well no i have it and have no issues for me but if there are better ones ill change it. and ye hes got some dell kb and mouse he will use for now.

If you already own something you can mark it as purchased in pcpartpicker and set the price to 0

I got you an i5. Tried to get an RX 480 (even a 480 4GB would outperform despite less VRAM)
