QoS Connection Priorities?

Hey everyone, I'm currently running a Netgear R6300 router and I was wondering if it was somehow possible to prioritize a connection as opposed to certain software-linked-connections. What I mean by this is, my goal is to allow the main computer in the house (the one the router/modem is directly connected to) to have all the speed it needs out of the internet connection, and allow the other connections in the house follow after. This is in order to make sure I never get bottle necked internet speeds due to lower priority internet tasks related to other connections on the network. To make things clear, I want to give first priority to any speed that my main connection wants at any given time, and make the other connections wait if need be. Is it possible to set things up in this way? Any help would be fantastic. Thank you.

it should have QoS built into the router but if you want you can always get a smart switch with QoS!
