Overclocking lga1366 server?

I am trying to get an overclock on my server, I was looking at user benchmark and someone with the same motherboard was able to overclock, the server is an hp ml350 g6 with dual X5660s and a 1200w PSU. If it helps, I have 16gb of Ecc memory installed as well.

Can you increase FSB speed in BIOS?
