Im planning a LAN party build and would like to know if there's anything wrong with my planning. (Prices are adjusted manually for microcenter and eBay sales.)

My main concerns are with overclockability given the limited airflow. Any suggestions are appreciated.

That cooler is barely rated for the processor (Cooler = 95W TDP, CPU = 91W TDP), so you won't be overclocking on that. Noctua has another low-profile cooler that's beefier and you could probably squeeze some overclocking, but it makes working on the system stupidly hard if you ever need to poke at the motherboard again.

Are there any itx cases that are still small but allow a standard cooler?

Any of the cube style cases like the Fractal Node 304, Corsair 250D, or Bitfenix Prodigy.

But you may as well go mATX at that point.
