Thoughts on Samsung C22F390??

If your goal is to play games and watch youtube or any other type of multitasking, go for the two monitor setup. With ultrawide monitor, you generally need to get a larger size since vertical height is not the same. For example, a 27" 16:9 monitor will have about the same height as a 34" ultrawide 21:9 monitor.

Then I would definitely go with the dual monitor setup. You will have more screen real estate to work with. Splitting an ultrawide in half is not ideal, you end up with 2 box shaped screens rather than two 16:9 screens. If you dont mind spending a little bit more and don't care about the curved screen, there are other options which are larger and have thinner bezels. The Samsung monitor you listed is also a VA panel, not quite the view angles of an IPS but much better than a TN panel.
