Graphics card with 140mm fans

So i was browsing, looking for a 1080ti and this idea come to my mind:

Why noone had ever created a GPU design with 2 140mm fans? I mean, if they can keep it under 170mm of height it and 31-32cm of lenght it will fit in most of the tower case while being whisper quiet, especially with a 2.5 slot design.

The only problem that i could see with something like that ( a part for the fact that it might look ridiculous ) is that this card will be bending  as hell under his own weight ( it should come with a holder of some sort).

Much to think it is more of an industry standard since some cases don't fit the 140mm, and all the GPU aftermarket manufacturers dont want any of their cards to be labelled as an incompatible part for basically a better cooling potential that might not even lower temperatures at all.
