Motherboard Suggestions.

Hey, I am currently upgrading my PC and want to upgrade my motherboard. I am using the LGA775 socket. I understand a newer socket is more upgradable and whatever. Just bear with me.

Here is what it needs.

 

  • Micro-ATX
  • Needs to Support the LGA771 Xeons.
  • Under 75$
  • Good at OC-ing

Do you guys have any suggestions on what would be a good mobo?

look for a cheap motherboard from ebay and use this as a reference

iirc, the 790i boards were decent

also, asus made an ROG board for LGA 775, but it's crazy hard to find

I've used P41 boards in the past for the LGA 771 mod, but they can't OC
