HELP!

Hi! I have been working really hard setting up a VPN for RDP"ing" into my Windows home workstation from my school Chromebook. I have spent hours on this and it seems to be very advanced. I install it but when I do the command clear-all after vars, it says it cannot find the directory or something like that. Does anybody know a solution or an easier guide to setting it up???

why not just use Chrome remote desktop?

 

The connections are already encrypted

For some reason, it loads and loads but never works. Have to try again, though

And also, like i have said in an earlier post, it just refuses to connect.

Where are you connecting from? if its at school, they probably block the RDP port.

Right now I am at home testing it out. I am playing around with my firewall but it still pops up.

If the chrome book is from school then the firewall likely has blocked the RDP port there too. now RDP can work over almost any port, so you should try to find one that would be open on the chrome book.

 

But honestly. just use teamviewer and be done with it if you can install apps
