Adaptive setting not working.

I have my OC at 4.6Ghz/1.26v and on adaptive setting but when I check it with cpu-z it's at a  static 4.6Ghz/1.26v at idle.

Have you reset your CMOS? Easiest is to remove the motherboard battery for a few minutes and reinstall. Your OC will be reset to stock at the same time.

Thanks for your response, I figured it out..It was the dam power options, was on high performance so now I set it to balanced and my voltages/Ghzs are dynamic between idle and load!

You can also have high performance on but you have to set the lower limit manually
