cpu temp problems

hi i have an i76700k with stable oc to 4.7ghz cooled by a corsair h115i aio cooler im not sure whats going on but as soon as i launch a game or benchmark my cpu temp shoots up to 90+ degrees but as soon as i stop it shoots back down to 30 degrees instantly does anyone know whats going on? thank you
