Razer Synapse Malfunction

So for me Razer Synapse has, for some reason deleted all my profiles, did this occur to you guys using Razer Synapse

from what I know, Rzen Synapse works only on-line, and it seems like Razer's servers are acting up

no servers - no profiles

Let our software support team help you to see if they can check your account with your profiles you had previously. Click on the gear button on Synapse and hit submit feedback. Be sure to report your ticket as a bug report and submit your Synapse logs so our team can further assist you.
