Graphics card performance in case

I have a https://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814126135    Rx 480 dual and its mounted in my case will it make a noticeable difference if I have the solid case discover on it versus the one that has all the little hole in it. If it will make a difference what kind of difference will it be? Thank you!

What case exactly? The difference would be temperature

core v1 by thermal take so if the card was running hotter then the fans would spin more and be louder would it be noticeably louder?

I don't think it would be that louder. That card looks really decent.
