Games randomly ALT-Tabbing

This is a weird one, it's happening a lot now, when i was playing Black ops 3 earlier it wouldn't let me select the fullscreen option, it would simply keep tabbing me out over and over, and now the same is happening with Dayz it's annoying as you can imagine, any idea? 

 

PS:- i didn't encounter this issue whilst playing CS:GO
