USB Connection noise upon startup?

Hello, I keep hearing the Windows 10 USB Connection sound when ever i start windows. I have disconnected everything and still get it. I have un mounted all of my virtual drives etc and still get it. Any Ideas? Thanks

It's probably just a Windows glitch. 

Main System: Phobos

Nope. Make sure you are fully updated i guess. (Windows update)

I get sound on Win7 when DVI monitors are connected. I think it comes with ethernet cable too. If its annoying, you can disable the sound (completely or per device, idk) from options.
