Take your time and don't overtighten screws! It's pretty simple. I use a magnetic screwdriver.....I think that makes it easier!

And put in those standoff's as well !

My case has standoff's in them already do i need to do anything, add anything to them?

One tip :

Place all screws in the holes and twist them just a bit (enough to make sure they won't fall off). Then go around the motherboard and twist each screw just a bit, go diagonally or opposite sides, twisting each screw just a bit. Don't place one screw, twist it completely, proceed to next.

By twisting each opposite/diagonally opposed screwed just a bit a time, you're basically letting the motherboard center itself over the screw holes so mechanically it will be just right.

If you place just one screw and twist it completely and then you move on to the next, there's a very small chance that the first hole on the motherboard wasn't perfectly centered so when you try to place the second screw, that screw would try to center the motherboard hole over the spacer and that could cause mechanical tension in the motherboard which isn't good.

Not sure I'm explaining it right, hopefully you get what i'm trying it say.
