no screen

i just upgraded today my RAM,CPU and MB and when i started my pc there were  nothing on the screen so basically it didn't recognize it i noticed also that my keyboard and mouse didn't switsh on and so the fans that i installed 

what may be the cause ??

my pc build :

CPU : I5 7400

MB : MSI B250 PRO-VD

GPU : Leadtek WinFast GTX 770 Hurricane III

RAM : AVEXIR DDR4 16GB PC2400 CORE SERIES BLUE LED

PSU :Cooler Master Silent Pro M - 500W

any of those new parts could be bad. try swapping them out individually, including both of the ram sticks separately if you are in dual chanell

i have only one stick the led is working and the GPU fans are spinning
