bios

my motherboard is not letting me into the bios it says press del to enter bios setup but i press that and it just boots into windows

have you tried a different keyboard? Different Usb port?

it says its the del key so no and ill try another USB port my RGB lights come on the keyboard tho so i don't think its that

Unplug the HDs and have your motherboard go "hey, no boot device" so you can have the option to go into BIOS. Or try to clear CMOS, that's an option as well.
