I'm not familiar with hot HDD temperatures but maybe take a look at this aritcle: https://www.backblaze.com/blog/hard-drive-temperature-does-it-matter/

Yup, definitely. First backup your data as fast as you can, and LLF that HDD to check whether those reallocated sectors are cured or not.

If reallocated sectors still exist,

1) Just throw it out or

2) Find out the location of those sectors and make a safe partition which excludes them to use the safe part.

im going to get another HDD tomorrow, my OS currently running on SSD so im not using my HDD now, i use it only for games. Tomorrow i will transfer all files from this HDD to new one i think my HDD should work until tomorrow

That hard drive is running quite hot, as I usually see them at +- 30c, even after running in a server for 2 months.

Yeah, that's not too good. You should try to shut down at least every night because client operating systems, such as Windows 10 tend to slow down after being on for a long while.

If it's just for gaming and basic storage, then just one of those $50 1TB Blues from WD. HERE is one from Amazon US.
