Windows firewall blocking server connection

Windows prompted me to allow access to the server, but I hit cancel because I was trying to do something else in the same spot. Disabling firewall doesn't fix the issue, so I don't know.

I just want Windows to prompt me again so it works.

But first, let's talk about parallel universes.
