HDD issues

So I ran into an issue with my hard drive. It says there was some sort of error. I searched it up on the internet and found out ot was something like a NTSF error. But I don't know what to do now.

There are probably logical bad sectors on it. In case they aren't logical (and therefore not a simple fix), before you do anything else, back up your important files (copy them onto other stuff like external drives, USB sticks, SD cards, DVD's, whatever you have available)

Then, download and install Crystal Disk Info (free) from here: http://crystalmark.info/download/index-e.html

A list of your drive's statistics should appear. If any of the "light bulbs" in front of any of the items on that list is any color other than blue, give us a screenshot of that as well.
