Motherboard issues

Hello. I'm in need of some advice. I bought the Asus prime b350 plus off of  ncix and when I hook the power up to it I can't turn the system on. The power supply for sure works as I have tested it. I plugged in all the IO but nothing will boot the pc. Is it done for? Should I invest in a new one?

can you test the graphics card and ram in another computer?
if both of them work, the motherboard is DOA (dead on arrival) and you should request for a RMA

138 is a good number.
