No offense to you but I hate when people ask questions like this

If you plan to game on a laptop,  buy a gaming laptop.  You cannot anything in this laptop that will increase the FPS.  Judging from the specs I assume it's a cheap thin and light.  The only thin and light(ish) gaming laptop on the market is a Razer Blade, and that thing doubles as a stovetop.  Just buy a gaming laptop or like others have suggested, a cheap desktop with a discrete GPU.  For a cheap gaming laptop, a Dell Inspiron Gaming will suffice.

A power sipping i3 with integrated graphics can not and will not under any circumstances give you a good gaming experience.  No matter how much RAM or storage you add, it will not be playable at 60 FPS on the lowest of low settings.
