Stable or unstable

I am using a intel DG41WV motherboard

And one of my two ram slot is burned for overwaltage issue but I need 4gb ram slot in any condition so should I try to put one 4 GB stick (which would be much easy ) but the issue ( picture given below ) ////// or try to change the ram slot or buy a new motherboard ( which is more hard and its very hard to find a good quality motherboard in Bangladesh )
