Hardware Monitor strange Clockspeeds GPU

Dear Readers of this topic,

 

Since i've used Hardware monitor (HW) I get wierd GPU clocks displayed. I launched HW before i played overwatch. After I stopped playing the clocks were the same at MAX and MIN. The are also really low. (See picture). I couldn't find simmilar problems on the internet. Maybe some of you know how to fix this.

PC specs:

 

GPU: MSI GTX 960 4g @ 1215MHz (used Afterburner for this)

CPU: AMD FX8350

16GB of RAM

tbh i would use msi afterburner to monitor gpu clockspeed
