Budget PC build

I am building a computer for my cousin using some old pc parts I have left over.  We are on a 350 dollar budget which I can meet if we use my old gtx 950, however, I want to make a case for saving the extra dough for either a gtx 1060 and rx480, but i have no baseline.  What kind of milage can he expect out of the 950, 1060, and rx 480?  I am basically looking for some ammo to try to convince him.

 

So far the build is:

CPU: g4560

Mobo: ga-ba250m mATX

Mem: corsair vengance lpx 8gb (single stick)

Psu: ega 500 watt 80+white

Storage: wd blue  1tb

Gpu: gtx 950, gtx 1060, or rx 480

rx 480 probs got more milage thanks to amds patened fine wine technologies

how high a performance will he get paired with a g4560 and about how long can he expect to be using it before an upgrade if all he wants to do is 1080p 60 fps for modern titles like the witcher 3 to name an example.

Oh, 480>1060>950. We can't tell exactly how long but 480 will last longer than these two
