Google music question

So I just tried out Google music and noticed that rather than uploading my iTunes library it simply matches it. Is there anyway to directly upload to Google music. 

 

The reason I ask this is because it is getting some of my albums mixed up even when I try to fix it and some album art is wrong, also I think it is compressing all of my music instead of uploading the original quailty.

 

If this can't be done should I simply transfer the songs directly to my phone instead?
