Game I cannot find

Since others got great help here, I was trying to locate an old game I once played long ago went by Galactic Empire. But I can never find it now was a neat little strategy game taking over planets. Anybody got an idea?

I remember playing it on an old Mac one of the all in one colored CRT types. And think I found it but wondering if theres any way to get it to work on windows since well I do not own a Mac.
