Honestly, I have never encountered a problem with an incompatible bios causing the computer not to work. The fans will likely be at 100% and the computer may not run well, but that does not matter since you can update the bios

Buy the motherboard, assemble the computer, then put the bios updating tool onto a USB and update the bios, and you should be fine.

PCPartPicker part list: https://pcpartpicker.com/list/YxHnKZ

Memory: Crucial 8GB (1 x 8GB) DDR4-2133 Memory  ($50.03 @ Amazon)
Storage: Western Digital Caviar Blue 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive  ($49.33 @ OutletPC)
Video Card: MSI Radeon RX 470 4GB ARMOR OC Video Card  ($154.99 @ Amazon)
Case: Silverstone PS08B (Black) MicroATX Mid Tower Case  ($34.90 @ NCIX US)

I have built a similar system for my brother and it works well. The 1050ti is weak so I recommend getting a 470. A SSD or quad core CPU could be added later. It would be wise to wait for Ryzen 3/5 though as they will have great price to performance CPUs.

i5-6600k (4.6) | Dark Rock 3 | MSI GAMING X 1060 6GB | 8GB DDR4 | 120GB SSD & 1TB HDD | Crystal 460x

 | Acer GN246HL 1080p 24" 144hz & Acer G246HL 1080p 24" 60hz |

PSU Tier List | PC Partpickers: US Canada Australia UK

pc parts are expensive here in my country so i chose the 1050ti over the 470
