What are you powering though? Unless you have SLI/Crossfire you'll have a fucktonne of unused PSU power just wasting there

idk

Pfft nothing wrong with that, i've got a 1000w platinum Fractal Design for an i7 4790k, 1080 GTX and a custom loop xD However I bought it when I had dual loops and 2x 970's in SLI and 8 or 9 fans (still overkill but I needed a white PSU)

If its a good price then just get it. Ok it's overkill as your build is similar to mine, 550w - 650w would be enough, however if you wanna SLI further down the line or go X99 etc, you have the headroom

That's pretty expensive for a 750w considering you can get the EVGA Supernova 1000W fully modular Platinum for the same price or less. I actually got mine at 92.5$ from newegg 2 years ago.

As long as you can justify the cost you don't need us to advise you as long as it's a good brand - it is, you got your answer. If you like the look, go ahead and get it + Plat is nice to have.

Trust me things change haha, I went from an overkill Thermaltake X9 build with dual loops and SLI to my INWIN 303 with a single 1080.

WHY DO I ALWAYS DISREGARD DIFFERENT COUNTRIES LOL You said it twice. I disregarded it twice LMAO!

Anyways, so 180NZ = 125.96 USD. If import laws and fees aren't a thing. You could still get the 1000W EVGA Supernova for around the same price. I've seen it @130$ 150-20rebate this year. But I don't think you could do rebates outside of US.
