Looking for a workspace webpanel

Hello,

I'm looking for something like a Workspace Panel having following Features:

- the ability to create email groups

- the ability to send emails to simple addresses or email groups

- the ability to reread the mails send by the Panel (read mails from the Groups you are in, ...)

- the abiliy to add an Imap Mail Account to a user account inorder to read and reply to emails

- the abiliy to add an Imap Account to multiple user accounts

 

Do you guys have an idea if there is an existing user Panel like this. I searched alot without success but maybe I was looking for the wrong Thing ;)
