Hard Drive Clicking

So as of late here my hard drive has started to click at random times, it still works fine besides the fact it's slow as all hell but sometimes mostly under heavy load it clicks, so do you think it's dying?

yes backup fast. you really dont have much time. try not to stress it and start backing up with the most important stuff
