Color Calibration

I looked at TechQuickie but couldn't find any useful information. What's the best way to color calibrate a TV? I have an LG 49LF5100.

Sometimes I do that, but most of the time no.

Use a Calibration device, and try to hityour target as best as possible with the TVs included settings.

 

Connected to the PC, you can at least uses Color profiles, managed by your GPU and Windows. That will not be possible, when the TV is running as a pure TV.
