Massive game freeze

Im playing a lot of games from Forza H3 to Golf every thing is running on ultra not a problem at all but when i start up CSGO i start to se a problem at low cpu is running on a stable 40% load in loadingscreen and in gunfights its getting up to around 80% the game freezes for 3 secounds i cant do anything since the screen froze and everyone else sees me do something stupid since i dont see anything what can make this happend? this has not been a issue before

GTX 980ti 

24gb of crusial tactical tracer ram

you arent potentially running CS:GO forced to use a certain number of cpu threads right?

 

because that can very much cause this.

take -threads 8 out, it's bugged to shit.

 

it actually makes the game use 8 threads, but it doesnt actually improve performance by more than a few percent in the best case.

 

you have the same CPU as me, i can run CS:GO at 300FPS without that setting, you dont need more

seems like it worked a little but i still think the cpu is running a little high boosting form 8% to 25% in lobby

i havent gotten any yet its so random i cant force it i need to play a few matches and see if its still there

First Comp mach froze in the first round
