Help with choosing earbuds

So I'm getting tired of repurchasing earbuds every few months from bad materials or build that seem to never last long and sound ok at best. So I was looking to get better earbuds but I have no clue what's good or bad or what's a good deal or not. My budget is ~$100 and the only thing I really require is a mic/controller on the wire i actually use it quite a bit and something that will last me a long time. Any and all recommendations are appreciated thank you.
