I'm trying to make this build to run most current fps/open world games. I was wondering if this build could run them on a 1920 1080 monitor with ultra/high textures and a steady 60fps.

depends on the game, i suggest a 6700 or a 7700 with a 1070.

Either get a 7500 with that board or switch the board to an H110. No reason to pay the extra for a B250 and use Skylake with it

Id go with a locked i7 and a 480 - if you can stretch another $30 get a 8gb 480

True that. but get a bigger SSD.

If you can find the MSI RX480 Gaming at good price, its really good quiet card.
