so for some reason my rx 470 doesn't work when i use it in games and such. i have tried to install drivers for it which didn't change anything. the system detects it but i still get around 20-30 fps in overwatch on low settings because i think my computer is using my i5 6600k integrated graphics and im not sure why. i have a dvi cable going to the computer the the monitor and the graphics cards red L.E.Ds are lighting up and everything so its not a power issue. i am not sure what i can do to fix it because its been like that since i built it.

wich pard of the computer does the cable connect to? the mainboard I/O area or the actual GPU ?

you gotta plug the monitor directly into the RX 470 and not into the mainboard

I recommend uninstalling the current driver with DDU (http://www.guru3d.com/files-details/display-driver-uninstaller-download.html) scroll down and get version 17.0.5.3.

Then select "Clean and Restart", if it asks to boot into safe mode click yes.

Then you can download the latest driver here.
