If you're talking about the face, they put that there in post. There are ways to edit what is shown there though.

In the registry (regedit) go to:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\OEMInformation

 

Create if it doesn't exist a String called: Logo.

Set the path to your image file, and restart your computer.

 

Please note that the image file must always exists. So put it somewhere you won't delete it.

And I think it only takes bmp. So save your image as one.
