Which Block to use.

Cheap is not the real issue so much as quality and proper sized components.

Get your terminology correct, threads are the grooves that the fittings screw into and hold onto on blocks, pumps, radiators and blocks.

Any of the two blocks will be fine as they are the same Chinese blocks with different branding.  The pump you chose is not good even for a cheap on and the fittings are not interchangeable and that will be a smaller size than what is on the CPU block which looks like 1/2 inch fittings. why is this a problem you may ask....well you can have one size on a tube end then have a different size on the other end so it is best to have the fittings match as well to prevent leaks. The pump meets what you want i feel but the fittings will have to be changed as they are smaller than the CPU's fittings.

You have not mentioned radiators. I hope you know the same sized fittings should be on the radiator as well. Please don't tell me you plan to omit this component and don't get an aluminum radiator cause it is cheaper than a brass one because your coolant and the inner part of you blocks will suffer.

There are three types of fittings, barbed(the cheapest), compression then rigid compression. You want barbed and then you get the same size tube to match...i.e 1/2inch barb works with 1/2inch ID inner diameter) tube.

i did mention the radiator http://www.performance-pcs.com/magicool-pro-slim-profile-1x120mm-radiator-black.html

and the fittings come off the CPU block so i can change them.

I am building a cheap (as possible) WC build for me cheap PC  and yes i know cheap is bad and i get what i pay and i might end up with a leak yada yada BUT that is why i am doing it on a

cheap pc i am doing this to get little exprience before i go and buy the big stuff and put it in my main rig so help a feller out :P

This is also for CPU only loop(no OC) and no responses of just go air or AIO please.

What I got:

Magicool Pro Slim Profile 120mm See it here Here

I have two CPU block but i don't know which to use Block One and Block Two

threads are replaceable on both cpus

Pump/Res is a SC-300T 12V  Here

What i don't got

Tubing and Fittings ( don't know what size to get)

So all in all questions:  what cpu block should i use and what tubing and thread size.

I wouldn't trust that no name brand junk, If your not going to do it right with water cooling don't do it at all.  It's only going to end up with poor performance or leaks.

Case - NZXT H6 Flow : Mobo - ASRock X670E PG Lightning : PSU - Deepcool PX1000G : CPU - AMD Ryzen 9 7900X3D w/Arctic Freezer III 360  : Memory - G.Skill Ripjaws S5 32gb 6000mhz CL30 : GPU - MSI Expert 4080 Super : Storage - Verbatim Vi7000G 4tb NVME SSD  : Displays - Gigabyte 32" M32QC Curved 165hz & 27" M27Q Pro 165hz 1440p

i don't mean to be rude, But apparently you can't read because my first few lines say  and i quote "Yes i know cheap is bad and i get what i pay and i might end up with a leak yada yada" so if someone is going to post well don't do it  because it is non named crud or potential leaking well don't cause i already know either answer the question or don't say anything because i don't want to hear  the it's junk and it'll leak and other things like that.

You will also need clamps for the tube which looks like this https://www.amazon.com/uxcell-Cooling-Outter-Diameter-Silver/dp/B06XDPBY8L/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1489407152&sr=8-1&keywords=pc+watercooling+tube+clamps

I stand corrected about the radiator but the fittings do not come off the pump.

FYI Magicool is chinese that you can get off Aliexpress directly for cheaper.  Example: https://www.aliexpress.com/store/product/120mm-fin-black-copper-computer-water-discharge-liquid-heat-exchanger-threaded-thread-radiator-for-12cm-fan/1480188_32260363538.html

I've used Aliexpress WC components.  They're ok enough quality, but I can't really speak to long term durability.  This is the seller I've used, but make sure to ask them about combined shipping discount if you order a bunch of items because otherwise it gets ridiculous: https://www.aliexpress.com/store/all-wholesale-products/1480188.html

Just buy one of the SC-600 combo reservoir pumps.  It's $21 from ^ and they work fine.  Use 3/8" barbs, but buy some Mayhem Ultraclear or Primochill LRT stuff so you don't get plasticizer problems.
