Great Laptop?

Im looking for a great Laptop for school. I don't want a chromebook or anything cheep. Id like a laptop like or a Think pad design. Nice square hard, no gloss cheep plastic, No RGB LED. I do plan to play some games but the games i plan on playing is vary light games. 1080p screen or up and i don't care about the hard drive. I have many SSD and will plan on swapping it with one. price ranger under 1,200 CAD $. Thanks.

I was looking for examples.  What games are you going to play?  Rocket League?  League of Legends?  Civ 5?

 

Even without that information, though, I would highly recommend a Dell XPS 13 or 15 laptop.

Then get an old 3rd gen i7 thinkpad with a k2000m and 9 cell battery for $400 U.S. (I don't care to calculate for your taxes and such.)
