Upgrading my PC

I currently have a msi gaming x gtx 1050ti, and an intel i7-4790k, and i was wandering if i want to upgrade either my CPU, to the new I7-7700K, or my GPU to the MSI GAMING X GTX 1080, but i am not sure which one i should upgrade. i am thinking the graphics card, but perhaps i am wrong. I want to upgrade whatever will give me the biggest performance boost in games.

Mainly Rainbow Six Seige and GTA V. a little CS:GO

Then gpu, go with the new 1080ti! thats what id wish for

Take in mind that if you upgrade the cpu, you would also need to upgrade your motherboard and RAM.

Lol it's got more than that. It's still one of the most powerful consumer CPU's on the market.

Upgrade the GPU first, that CPU is just fine. I'd go for a 1070.

Honestly, I would look at peripherals before I would spend money on upgrading either of those things.  Would you like a bigger/better monitor?  Or maybe a kick ass headset?
