I want to buy silent parts to make my editing system quiet. im currently using an intel stock cooler on my i7 6700 and im using artic f12 fans on my thermaltake h15 case but their so loud. I looked at the cooler master seidon 120V and the CM TX3 (air coolers that have 120mm fans or above wont fit in my case) but im not sure if those coolers are good and also considered the cm silencio 120mm case fans but again wasnt sure if they would be silent enough for audio recording. Any suggestions?

Pumps makes a little bit of noise as well so for silence air is preferable. But i doubt the TX3's ability to stay quiet and keep the CPU cool.
Have you checked out low profile coolers like the Noctua NH-L9i and Cryorig C7?

so, as silent air cpu cooler go for a BeQuiet Dark Rock (Pro) 3. Ive got the non pro, and its just completely silent (processor can be viewed in profile).

For fans, you can adjust your fan curve in the uefi, or if you want more control buy the NZTX grid+. If thats not silent enough, be quiet is again the choice, this time for fans and, if THATs not enough, also for a case. Ive done all of this, and my pc is dead silent under normal load. At heavy load you might hear a silent fan noise, but thats all.

But all that does not mean anything, if you happen to have a noisy gpu/psu.

CPU Intel Core i5 4670, 3.4GHz Motherboard ASRock Z97 Pro4 RAM Kingston HyperX Fury Black 8GB, 1833Hz GPU AMD Radeon R9 380 4GB OC Case BeQuiet Silent Base 800 Storage Seagate ST2000DX001 SSDH  PSU BeQuiet PurePower L8, 400W Display(s) Samsung 2 x 22" Cooling BeQuiet Dark Rock Pro 3 Operating System Windows 10
